Default Mirage plus props labbing

Can mirage plus props be reworked so they dont blow out as much? I would like to try some on my old 40ft Formula with TRS, mainly to save the drives(600HP mills). Got a set of 27P, gonna bolt em on this weekend and see if I can get on plane. My labbed maximus props blow out more than a stock revolution prop. The revolutions planed real nice with no blowing out. But I always ease the old barge up anyhow.

Joe I have a set of 25 pitch mirage pluses you can try if you want. Might be too small for your application.

My buddy who bought that bullet has a set of extra 27P mirage plus solid hubs that came with the boat. Im thinking pitch wise, they should be good. Gonna try them out as soon as i can find those little thrust washers those solid hubs take.
