Low water pressure higher oil temp

Low water pressure higher oil temp
I noticed over the weekend that my oil temp was running high and at the same time the water pressure was low after a few min the water pressure came back and oil temp went down did this a few different times does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Sothe water was not enuff to cool the oil !!!!
