I think you have earned the right to assume that "Mr. Scott", is a reference to you on the boating sites, lol. 
I believe he's asking you to pull one of your machines out, & do some old fashion racing/running with Gino, Bill, & whoever else is feeling up to it?

my money on Mr. Scott
i remember seeing him run the first time at the shootout, and almost every year since, he has always been fast but also a class act always having time to talk to the people and take pics with them, alot of people could learn a thing or two from David Scott.
