Default tall deck question

First off I need to know exactly what distributor works for a 10.2 tall deck.

I have been told
1. newer intakes have dist pad moved down to use normal dist

I have been told by World Products tech line
2. That 10.2 tall decks use same dist as normal deck!

I have been told by Summit tech line that
3. All tall deck manifolds old or new use tall deck distributor.

So now I am really confused..

Just get one with a slip collier and you will be safe.

The newer manifolds are all the same. I have an old Merc tall deck distributor if you need it

I use standard TB-4 (5) distributors with my tall deck with Merlin intakes as well as Victors. They are machined to accept standard length.
Not sure about some others. Darts are machined this way as well.
