Default scarab speed

I am trying to work the bugs out of a recently finished 28ft scarab with a single big block. What kind of mph should I be looking for when the bugs are worked out. It is a 450hp 502 cid. Merc bravo 1 out drive. I have a 23p prop coming for it. Thanks

28' Excel, 454 - 365 hp - 59 mph all day long. 502 should hit low 60's.
