does anyone know know if there is an ac delco part number for merc number 84-881698 which is a 496 plug wire set or 84-888740 or 84-888741. some times merc just puts a sticker on the delco box. for instance the plugs for this engine are 18$ a piece retail from merc part # 33-863622001 but from ace delco i think more like 7 if i remember correctly. part number 41-983. thanks

These are made by AC for Mercruiser, there is no GM or AC number. We have lots of new sets in stock from new takeoffs. Raylar sells the 496 plugwire sets for $75.00 per set plus UPS a Smokin Deal! versus Merc. let us know if you need 496 plug wire sets!

thanks ray just needed one wire for a customer and was able to find it individually in the epc. will keep you in mind next time thanks brian
