MY understanding is Sequoit Harbor takes
my friends awesome cat 388 for a agreed amount on a new 39 Hustler rocket.. I guess Hustler has been paid their money.. but now Sequoit dont want to come thru on the deal (at this point)because of not having the money to pay the trade to Hustler..

Now what is going to do??

my feeling is Hustler should step up to the plate since its their dealer...

No privity of contract between Hustler and your friend the Buyer - his cause of action lies with the dealer.

Does he have a contract or bill of sale or sales agreement? He should refer to that if he has one. The guys at Sequoit are stand up people, so there is something missing from this equation. Hustler or Sequoit arent going to ruin there reputations over one boat.

Ive seen the Awesome cat and it looks very clean by the way. Nice boat.

I hear when they get the boat there going to name it "Next Weekend"

Have him come see us with his trade. we will take it and pay it off, no problem.

I sent this to his email, the boat was built for them and his portion of the money has been payed to Hustler. There just waiting for the dealer to furnish there end of the deal $.

its a great day when you order the boat you want, wait for it to be produced, now its done and the dealer(who has your trade) can't come up with the money to get your's now. This is a sad dealer and even a worse day for the boater, who now can't even boat and is out a bunch of money. The dealer should stand up and do something!!!!
