Default Gator Hide Coating For Polished Aluminum

We have a pontoon boat that will have polished pontoons and aluminum parts.

The pontoon manufacturer recommends a product, Gator Hide. The recommended coating is to be applied after aluminum is polished to mirror finish. The first coat is painted on, let dry 24 hours and then a second coat is to be applied.

The coating is to be applied every 6 months.

Does anyone have experience with Gator Hide or a similar product for this application?
