its seems to me that the outdrive shaft is only going into the coupler abotu 21/2 inches is that as much as it is suppost to go in thankyou james

is it an older bravo? the older bravos require you to modify the tool and turning it down to the smallest diameter of the tool. where there is that step, basically make that step disappear.
