If there is a perceived legitimate reason, it should be shared in some politically correct fashion.
Sy has been good to a lot of us, but if he broke some rules or something... That's a big if- I just figure someone must have a reason.
Whenever something like this happens lets at least clarify or re-emphasize the rules so well intended board members do not suffer the same fate.
