TooOld, yeah he went after them a little bit, BUT it is going to be interesting to see who is telling the truth. The Courts will decide!

recieved mine yesterday, and he is a opinionated person and writes his opinion. he also had info reguarding the upcoming season. i know alot of people dont want to be on his mailing list,
but it is news reguarding powerboats so i will continue to do so

I agree, he hasnt backed off a bit, maybe he's just as tired of LAWYERS as everyone else........LAWYERS,LAWYERS,LAWYERS........christ. ......Id be afraid to race in the APBA........might end up in a LAWSUIT!!
