Default 1.36:1 Bravo side water P/U to 1.5:1 with low water P/U

What is the best way (least $$) to go from a 1.36:1 Bravo with side water only P/U to 1.5:1 with low water P/U? Nose cone is not an option.

You have two options, Not sure which one is cheaper. Change the gears out in the top half and get a lower with the lwp or go with a complete new unit. The gear ratio is done in the top.

First priority is LWP. A distant second is switch to 1.5:1 gears but just in case they might be accomplished together at a reasonable cost they are combined in the wish list. A drive trade plus $$ is also of interest.

Does a side water pickup Bravo with 1.36:1 gears have any value at all for trade to a Bravo with 1.5:1 gears and low water pickup?

IMO, you would be best off $$ wise to buy a good used 1.5 LWP drive and sell your 1.36 SWP drive.
