Default Help With Gaffrig Gauges

I have purchased a boat that was equipped with Gaffrig Gauges. When I purchased the boat it had no engine and I have since installed one. Since the gauges were in the boat I have no tech information on them. I have e mailed Gaffrig and have not gotten a response. Items I need help with are
Correct wiring diagram for a 120 MPH GPS speedo with recall
Line kit and correct placement on the block for mechanical water pressure gauge
Sending units wiring diagrams and correct placement on block for oil temp, oil pressure and water temp.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Sender Locations: Oil Temp - Sump mount (if there's a fitting) or Block. Mk IV- Above the oil filter pad, Gen VI in fron of the pad there's a plugged hole you can use.
Oil Press - Mk IV - In front of the pad just above the pan rail, Gen VI - Above the filter pad.
Water Pressure: Make a fitting to fit the sender end of the pitot line in the hose after the cooler (if fitted) and before the engine inlet, that way the gauge will show the pressure the engine is seeing first up.
Water Temp: Intake Manifold, straight on the front under the t-stat housing.

Sorry, with a 1987 boat, I can't help but guess the wires probably don't follow much of a uniform pattern anymore so I don't know about what diagram would help but here's a factory mercruiser one:

Good Luck!

I can check on the gauges but I am sure they are Gafffrig. They say Gaffrig on them, they have black needles. I know the guages have stud connections but I am not sure about the GPS. The GPS speedo is not functioning now. There are three wires connected to the speedo hanging under the dash near a switch which I assume is the recall. If I could find out how to wire that in the speedo may work. Water pressure does not work because it is not hooked up. I need a line kit and port at the motor for that. Water temp is hooked up with the stock sensor which i have placed at the front of the intake and seems to be working ok. Oil pressure is hooked up to the stock sensor located above the oil filter on the block but acts funny. It shows 100 pounds oil pressure when cold and a red light stays on in the center of the gauge. After it warms up the oil pressure will drop to 75 and the light goes out. Oil temp is not connected. Water temp gauge is a 240 degree, water pressure is 35 LB. Oil presssure is 100 LB and oil temp is 320. If any one has literature on these gauges, tech info or part numbers on senders etc it would be a big help. Thanks for your help on the placement of the sending units.

If they say "Gaffrig Precision Instruments" then they are Livorsi.

If they say "Gaffrig Performance" then they are Gaffrig.

I am having trouble downloading pics. I will try again tomorrow. With the info provided I have determined that the gauges are Livorsi.

Thats maybe why Gaffrig did not get back.
But any how ,,i don't like Livorsi for a couple of reasons.
U should ask Kirk here on the board.
ELLITE MARINE ,,,he will be happy to help u .
Unless u need a real good deal on all new , then i can help u with Gaffrig.

Also remember that new senders will not be acurate with old gauges,,they run with ohm's and are not calibrated like Gaffrig are ,,,they match since they are ohm'd in house before shiping.
