Anyone want to repo a set of props for me sold on 3/12/09 to test, no payment yet just runaround and he is using them.

I called the AZ Attorney General and the Police they said to file a stolen report at the local office here and let the police departments handle it from there,could he be charged with theft ??? I just want the money or the props!!! but 3/12 till 7/22 ???
I have saved all e mail's and text messages.
With him not taking my call's now I dont know what to do
I did not want to ruin his rep on here as I have not posted this before.

I gave 2 weeks to test props, but wouln't cause a stink until 30 days. At 30 Days, send them back or send payment. You were nice enough to send them w/out check in hand. Send the dude one last e-mail, tell him you want the check or the props, if you don't have one of them in 3 business days, your posting his name, and filing a police report.

I hate to say it... but at this point its civil. Unless you get a turnover order (est. about $2,500.00 with a good attorney) and you still need to find the guy.
