Default Which MSD distributor to go with 6M-2l box?

So I have the MSD 6m-2L boxes, the one with the built in rev limiters.... I got the boxes but havent ordered the distributors yet.... I see there are these "Ready-to-run" distributors, and then a standard dist.... I am not sure which ones to get to make for the simplest connection(s) to my boxes. Keep in mind, i will be eliminating the stock v6 modules....
What distributors do I want to go with? thanks.

After researching a little further, it looks like you use the "ready-to-run" distributors if your not using an ignition box like the 6m-2L... so, I guess I go the route of the reguklar MSD dist. # 8560...

Now, just to find out who will give me the best prices shipped on all this stuff....

You can run the MSD Pro Billet PN 85551 mag distributors.
They have built in tuneable advance springs or you can lock them out if your ignition has built in curves.

Personally, I hate HEI coil in caps but that's just me. The 85551 will hook straight up and work a treat.
Good Luck!

I would definitely recommend putting in a MARINE approved distributor. We offer both the MSD and Hardin Marine units. Hardin is basically identical to the MSD and comes with a 2-year warranty over the MSD's 1 year. The only thing is the advance springs are sold separate with the Hardin unit. MSD 120-8560 $298.99, Hardin 620-8560 $249.99

Thanks CP, I have been looking at them on your site. I planned on going with the Marine units.

Good choice, I only just looked at those too and am already kicking myself a bit!
