Curious how many of you have 496 powered Daytonas running genuine 100 MPH +
My 06 28 ICC has reached 105 on GPS , But i often talk to people who haven't reached higher than mid- 90's.

96.5 is the best that I have seen on mine on a cold day with two passengers and a 1/4 tank. I was running extended and worked bravo 30s at the time. I was off the rev limiter on one engine though so she may have had a couple mph left in her......
IMHO, Those speeds in Havasu are impressive. I ran the same props and only saw 92 going into a headwind last April in Havasu.
Also, Can you reach 100 anyday? When its over 100 ambient?

I have ran 100+ mph during all temps.
I would like to try some Herings and maybe add exhaust to reach 110 !
That would be very impressive for a 496 reliable power boat wouldn't it !!!
What do you guys think- would exhaust and messing with props get me 5mph ?
