Miss Geico broke a, I think it's called, a tunnel flap. It went up into the rudder support.

So my kid goes up to them and asks if they need a vacuum pump for fixing the glass. Long story short, he made a flap out of aluminum for them and is on his way back to Michigan City to deliver it.

That's cool, my 21 year old kid making a part that will help Miss Geico run tomorrow.

Anybody need an excellent fabricator for one-off parts?

That was very nice of your son to step up and help Team Gieco. Hopefully installation went well and we will see the boat on the course later today!
