Only you know what appeals to you the most as for styling.
Then you have to look at the actual condition of each of the boats.
They are all nice boats and each of them will offer something the other will not.
My personal choice is:
1) 25 OL
2) Active Thunder
3) Sonic
WHONEXT here on the board has a beautiful well cared for 25 forsale. Look a couple of threads down.
Happy shopping

I am a Baja owner. My next boat may not be a Baja. Im looking at the 33 and everyone says that is the best boat baja ever made. If not I want a active thunder or hustler. My order would be:
1.) Thunder
2.) sonic
3.) baja
1.) Thunder
2.) sonic
3.) baja

not ready for twins yet.
05 is to new (price)
pick 1 thunder
pick2 sonic
pick3 outlaw
just trying to find nice clean, low hour boat, for good price,I think most who are buying these now are looking for great deals, because they have the cash in the bank and in this day and age to use on a boat it has to be a good deal. Thanks any more.

I think if you look hard and long enough you could throw a 272 into the mix at that price. While not much bigger than an Outlaw, it does have a different design (if you like it).
I'm not a huge Sonic fan. I think they look kind of boxy. Cockpit in a 26' is really tight. They do ride nice though.
Not too fimiliar with AT, and this is probably for another thread, but who stole from who... Sonic or AT??

Sonic came from the old Coyote molds & race boats of the 60s and 70s.
The 24 Cigarette was the beginning of Cannon and Thunder Powerboats companies. In 1996, Active Thunder was founded from the molds of these companies, and the 37AT is a completely new hull that derived from the 24/25/31/32 molds of aforementioned companies.

No worries, just clarifying. The top decks have similar cues, but that's about it.
The Sonic is raised in the middle. Walk rail is about 6" wide, and integrates with the molded in swim platform.
The AT is recessed in the middle. Walk rail is about 4" wide and does not encircle the boat; and has a square transom with bolt on platform.
That said, the current Sonic and AT companies are quite friendly. AT does a lot of paint work and beyond for Sonic.
