How many people got into offshore boating or boating in general because of Miami Vice. I grew up watching that show and since then have always wanted a Scarab.

At the time, I liked the show but it wasn't because of the boats. Now I find the reruns more interesting ... because of the boats

I can remember driving from STL to The Lake every Friday night. As soon as we would arive at our house I would turn on CBS and watch the show. Then I would look for the boats on the lake Saturday and Sunday. Yes, Miami Vice had something to do with it.

That Scarab and the White linen Sport Coats left their mark.

I loved that show so much I bought the boat!

Being a humble man, it only took me twenty four years to get it though...

10pm NBC.

I was SOOO pissed when they ended it that I didn't watch Quantum Leap for years. Then I realized how good that was as well.

I remember being in grade school just waiting to get there on Monday to talk about the show. Between Ferraris, bikinis and boats...I don't know what I liked best! The kid I always talked about the shows with is on here too, and he has some of the baddest stuff on the water.

Just curious was anyone else pi$$ed that the movie did not start with the 'OG' Mann theme song?
