Well sadly summer is over for me and my Pachanga The cam shaft let loose and destroyed the block (Ouch!!) Soooo If you know of a 454 or 502 short block with zero or little hours on it please let me know!! Anywhoo take the good with the bad I guess. Hope everyone's summer has been better than mine.

Sorry to hear about your motor, but it is one heck-of a good reason to beef it up a bit!!! If I come across anything I'll give you a call.

I was running around 4500 and she let go. Threw 2 rods out the side of the oil pan cracked the block and 3 pieces of the cam were in the oil pan. Loudest boom I have ever heard!!

Yes the block is/was a 365 Mag 4 bolt main. I met Flamingo in Bay City this year great people and nice boat both of you!! F.Y.I. my block had 712 hours on her and had 170 lbs in every hole and I am a freak with maintenance. Just never know.
