Default Need help from Clear Lake folks on finding a place to keep my boat

Trying to bring my Cruiser down there to keep for a while and play down there for a while. Also makeing the trip to La Berge in Sept.

With South Shore (my first choice) being un co operative, where else is there that is a similar set up. Marina, resort, etc?

I have left a message at the yacht basin.

I want to move the boat towards the end of this week or early next.

Thanks for any info.

Jeff

Lakewood Yacht Club, Blue Dolphin Marina, Watergate. Lakewood is prob the best resort type though. I think they have a website you can view. Southshore is really the only one with hotel at marina. Tommy

You might try Harbor Walk. It is relatively new and very nice. right off ICW real close to Tiki. I think you have to join the yacht club to enjoy the pools but pretty nice place in general. We kept our cruiser there when we had one.

I know it is not Clear Lak exactly but another place to look.

Try Clear Lake Marine Center. This is where alot of us keep our boats on lifts. They have some in the water slips, too. I don't know what available. 281-326-4426.

I'm looking to buy a 2nd boat to keep at Clear Lake area so I don't have to tow so much. Probably an old 38 Scarab. Where are good places to keep boats now? I know Endeavor is a great place but pretty expensive. I don't mind if it's on the trailer just I would like to keep it under cover.

We moved from Endeavour when they raised their prices last year. Clear Lake Marine Center next to the channel going into Taylor Lake is a good palce and reasonably priced.
