Guys .... I have a friend and his wife heading down to Key West in about a month ( NOT FOR THE RACES ) . I always stay at Ocean Key House .... Is there a better place they should check out ??? Not looking for a deal .... they want the best as far as location and amenities ect .....

Key House is always good , just SW across Mallory sq is now a Westin (used to be Hilton) great views and close to all, the Hyatt has a good bar and pool and of course you can ask Fish about the Westwinds.

If they want total romantic class try The Reach.

Parrot Key Resort is awesome. Bramd new townhouses loaded. 1 or 2 bedroom, 3rd floor game room in each, full kitchen 3.5 baths - real nice. www.parrotkeyresort.com

Casa Marina has been redone and is super nice.
I loved it last year.
Westin..can't beat the location...or stay on Sunset Key
