Default MEFI 1 to MEFI 4 on 350 TBI

I have a 1994 350 TBI Indmar with a bad MEFI 1 ECM. Can I convert it to a MEFI 4? I understand I will need a new harness. Will a MEFI 4 work on a throttle body injection system? Will my knock sensors work? Do I need to install an oxygen sensor? Thanks, Tony

The mefi 4, 4a, or 4b will work with tbi, the mefi 1 used a knock module as an interface to the ecu... you will need mefi 4 knock sensors, no you do not need an o2 sensor. Finding someone with any experience and/or cals for tbi and mefi 4 will be another story.

I have new mefi 1's in stock if you need.
