what is the recomendation for 750-800hp SC carb engine...Electric or mechanical feeding electric .....What brand and part # if you know it....Thinking something with a 13-150gph rate...sound about right....Merc is using the Weldon pumps on the 800 and up sc race engines but at 800.00 a pump is it really nessesary...

I run 800hp SC, carb motors. They have Aeromotive electric pumps feeding the Merc mech pumps. It's worked perfect for 10 years now.

You can get a mech. pump from CV Products, I have used them on 1300HP,Call Dan Kent. Tell him I sent you. They have either block mount or pump mount.
