The story I hear is that it was on a OLD steel trailer Where we keep them its only a few hundred yards to the ramp so the guy let the trailer get pretty bad.
It broke and the leaf spring went up into the boat hull.
A few people I know says they saw the damage.
Also I hear after that it wasnt taken care of too well for a while.
The owner will not let the few people I know who have looked at it get it running before they buy it to make sure the engines are all there and not frozen and cracked.
Its got hoses disconnected.
Why wouldnt you let a guy have his mechanic get your boat running for you for free with a deposit and a garateed sale if it ran.
Even if it didnt sell youd get a running boat for free out of it.
Something is fishy
I have apic of my boat on the shore of the river run with that boat next to it from about 5 or 6 years ago.
Thats the story I have heard, but feel free to check it out yourself or if your far away I could take the run down for you and look at it. Its on the way to my boat anyway.

I know it was a nice boat a while back but you know how fast that can change.
All I can say is if your interested Check it out well.
our old 30 sutphen had holes the size of a 5 gallon pail in it and I hear it was fixed and used. I am sure someone will buy it down the line and who knows if they will know what happened to it. of course it was sold at insurance auction so if they do that boat look up thing they will probably know.
