Default Expedia.com is a P.O.S.

IDRPSTF:

I just got screwed using Expedia.com. I took the cancellation insurance to avoid the surcharge on tickets if I got sick, which did happen, so I cancelled and it didn't do a thing! They didn't answer my complaint about it either. They are an absolute P.O.S!!

Travelocity.com is the only way to go; however...
Check Southwest.com, as they are not on any other websites; and JetBlue.com, as well.

No dice...Jetblue and Southwest do not have departures from PIT. I tied Priceline and the want $155 more than what I paid for the same ticket last week. Ihave a har time justifying some of thse airline prices. Bad Food, Bad attitudes, and Bad Prices. In the past four months Ive spent alot of money and te only good thing I can say is that Ive gotte some action at avery airport. They take there time frisking you these days. Mabe Il just stay home, eat some bad meat loaf and get a lap dance from someone thats treats me like Im part of the freakin Taliban. Its the same experiance as flying these days.

I'm not sure of flights and destinations but , Spirit Air is a no frills airline. If you check their sight on the weekends they offer some great specials. (ex. about 2 months ago round trip from O'Hare to Orlando was about $150)

www.spiritair.com

may not serve your area ???

I was out in your area twice in one week on AmericaWest- they did a good job at reasonable price- some do connect through Vegas and Phoenix however- I went into Orange County and was actually early on all arrival times.
I did book through expedia.com, but did not have any problems with them.

I've used Travelocity also with good results. I found that the fares could vary from day to day quite a bit, so check them often for the best rates.
