this boat is dumping fuel into the throttle body ne one have any ides as to why it runs rough and im thinkin it is cause it to spark knock or thats what it sounds like to me

what year,vortech style intake?(plastic) the fuel pressuer regulator may have a ruptured diaphram and is leaking into the manifold..if you cant see the injectors or poppet valves then you must remove the top half on the intake to replace the fuel pressure regulator..

does it leak w/ engine off or only running?

ok look at this diagram,upder the plenum theirs a injecter rail,attached to the rail is the fuel pump regulator #14 you will see a vacume tube on the regulator,thats where the fuel pukes out of when the regulator goes bad..it will hydro lock the motor with fuel if you keep on running it the way it is..it will also thin out your oil and could cause a explosion the the engine..
look up your engine and you will see it in the diagram..
