I went boatless this whole summer, but am going to get another boat for next year. Hopefully find one over the winter.
My last two were a 23 stingray with 502 and a 288 sunsation w/ 500efi.
Wife likes the open space of a pontoon and I need performance.
I have browsed at e- ticket, trident, hallet, cheetah
Not against a conventional deck boat like a chapparel, but want performance and looks
Any suggestions on Performance deck boats or cats?
I want to stay under 25ft and will be buying used not new
I welcome all suggestions.

A guy on my home lake has a "Powertoon". Not sure who makes it. It has a big block and runs mid 70"s
There are some out there with big horsepower running close to 90.

You can buy a beater Pontoon for $2-5K. Buy a performance boat and snag a 'toon as a spare. I was shopping for a beater Pontoon when I ran across my Mini-Hawk. I'll buy a Pontoon one day, but right now the MH is perfect for a quick & maintenance free trip out.
