25-27 Daytona
Anybody know any hot deals on a 01 or newer single engine Daytona? I understand 26's and 27's have the same hull? What about a 25? Is this good choice for someone trying to get the most out of a single engine cat? Somebody please school me!

The 25 isn't going to ride quite as good, but it will be easier to make go faster if thats what you mean getting "the most" If you want room and a much better ride IMO go with the 26/27.
