Default Just got 86 Stinger 260 starting to rebuild it any thing I should know?

I just picked up a 86 stinger 260 Here in Washington State. It needs new interior outside inside is nice and one lower unit is cracked from hitting a rock. I was just wanting to see if there is anyone with the stinger here in Washington or anyone that might have some advice on these boats.
Thanks

There's quite a few lads with 260s on here and I'm sure they'll chime in.
I'd pull that drive and inspect your gimble and bearing if your lower hit a rock.

What are your plans for the boat? Full rebuild, custom setup, more power? What combo has it got now?

Always a shame to get a boat just at the end of the season! You have to wait till spring to play with it!

I know someone's bound to say it so I'll throw it out there:
Make sure you post some pics!

Good luck and congrats.
