Anyone know if it was one specific bank repo'd the boats at Cumberland or if it was a few? I'm looking to track down one of the banks holding the note on a boats. Or if anyone knows who's currently holding the note on Ballistic...its being unloaded through Legendary Marine but obviously they won't tell you who it is.

I heard talk that some of the boats that were sold by LCM at the end have not had the titles released by the bank to the new owners. That sucks. The new buyers are getting stuck between LCM, its bank and the buyers bank.

That would suck! Ballistic is a repo'd boat now and just trying to located the bank holding the note.
