Nice 270 on ebay with a mention of Hawkeye in the ad. I saw the custom 270 decals and thought Hawkeye before I read the ad. The boat is unbelievably clean for the year, even the trailer looks nice. The interior is a little too loud for me, but still a damn nice boat!

Yeah, that boat originally belonged to Tom Bahl, he worked for us back then. I know he took great care of the boat when he had it, by the looks of that boat, so did the following owners. Those older 250's & 270's are sweet boats!! I might know of a 270 Baja (project boat), right up your alley, if your looking for one.

The last guy I know who owned that boat was Lynn Timmerman (from Wisconsin). He owned it for around 2 years (about 4 years ago), he took really good care of it also. I remember he covered up a nasty scratch with those decals he put on. Other than that, everything was great on the boat. Are you the high bidder??

Let me know the details. I wouldnt mind finding a blank. Interior shouldnt be a problem, I know a few people in town with sewing machines, and there are a few dozen people in town that can lay glass and do gel repair!

Im not the top bidder. I dropped $9,999 on it. Id have to talk to the guy before I got serious about it.
