talk to Gary @ Grimes Automotive eng. He has some finished motors that were never paid in full, will sell for balance owed.

Or............Gary has (2) engines up at the Fountain dealer. (talk to Jimmy up there). I believe (dont quote me on this) they are 12k-ish or so.
