Default HELP! Need Aluminum Stock.

I am in the process of having a custom rail made for the deck of my boat and we're having trouble finding the right size aluminum stock.

I need a 12' piece measuring 5/16" x 1 1/4".

Any ideas ? Any manufacturer I've spoken to has a minimum order of a 100' or more.

Thanks for your help !

I use a place called Metal Supermarkets in Philly. They have alot of odd-ball things. I suppose shipping wouldn't be too much $.
