Default what would you do

i just bought a 08 outlaw 20.it has the 260 hp 305. 17 hrs on it.i wish it handled the waves better.but in general am happy with preformance.
question.
leave it alone and be happy with what i have...just at 60 + or -
or maybe go to a 496hp / brovo set up...speed ?
or bite the bullet and loose my shirt and buy bigger..which would give me more speed.plus better in the waves

Be happy with what you've got and leave it alone. From a $$ standpoint, it does not make sense to upgrade the engine or drive.
Save your $$$ to put toward a new(to you) bigger boat. There are a lot of great deals out there to be had.

Buy a bigger boat. The money you would spend changing the engine and drive wouldn't be worth it and you still couldn't go any faster in the waves.

Listen to these guys. I just swaped out a 454 to HP500 in a 20ft baja hammer and if I knew how much it was gonna cost in the end I would have never messed with this project.
