Ok I'm not the brightest sometimes but.What does that mean,Plug.Then this is not a boat but a big mold that they were going to make a fiberglass copy of,I really don't know the process completly.So it can't be used as a boat (not as strong ect ect.) is 9 feet a little narrow for a cat.Most I see are wider ????? There is a thread over on the other site about this boat. Basically they say to stay away from it.
