Are you saying that Leverage will stop blisters from forming when you leave your un-painted hull bottom in the water for long periods of time?
Please talk more about that if that is the case. Or if Leverage stops algee- do tell.

Anything boat left in the water for long periods of time(more than 1-2 weeks) really needs bottom paint to completely protect it from blistering. I have left a boat in the water for up to a month, and never had a problem with blisters, but I would not do it again.

Sure wish the gelcoats were like what was used up to the early/mid 70's. Some of the quality boat manufacturers used gelcoat that had osmosis problems. I know of specific examples that were anually in the water for 5 months and still all these years later show little or no signs of osmosis.

Product called Boat Armor. If you run the boat regularly at high speed, the bottom can remain algae free.
I had my Scarab in bay water for 12 days, and she started to stain. In the NE USA salt waters, this seemed to be pushing it. I had nothing on her but basic marine wax.
Based on two friends' experiences, three weeks with Boat Armor would be no problem, especially if there were high speed runs (which the maker says is required for a clean bottom).

We have boated four seasons on the Mississippi River in our 292. I keep it on a lift and have tried several waxes and the best I have found by a large margin is Collinite Paste Fleetwax 885. We wash our boat on the lift after each time out. Sometimes the boat is in the water for 3-4 days straight. Below the waterline it lasts much longer (beads water) and prevents staining.
