Does anybody know who built the radar arch for the powerplay 33 sport fish ?

The arch on my 1997 33 sportfish was made by Garrett Towers out of Ft. Lauderdale FL. The label on the tower lists a phone # of 954-476-9455. There was also something written before "garrett" on the label but it was worn off. Hope it helps.
