Default Carbon Fiber Vinyl pros and cons

I am going to redo my vinyl this winter. I really like the look of the carbon fiber looking vinyl, but it seems like it would be a pain to keep clean. All of those little indents in the vinyl to trap dirt.

How hard is it to keep clean, I was planning on going with off white and graphite. the bulk being off white.

Any info you can provide would be great..
Thanks.

It doesnt get nearly as hot as regular vinyl. I had some black in my last boat and it didnt show dirt as bad either.

I was thinking that exact same thing....

I was planing to use the Graphite color for trim and on the sides of the seats. B ut I also thought the darker part on the seat portion would not show dirt as much.

I normally put towels down on the seats and hatch for people to sit on or walk across so I am not overly concerned about the heat.

I guess hot seats would actually be a good way to assure they sit on a towel.

Maybe I will rethink this and run the graphite in the actual seat.

I redone my interior with red and silver carbon fiber look vinyl and I do have to say that the new vinyl does not get as hot as the original was. It is not any harder to keep it clean either. I did seats, sun pad,and sides, all pieces worked really good with the vinyl, Very easy to work with!! Good luck with yours !

I love the carbon fiber look. Here's a shot of my race hatch and some of the carbon fiber interior
