Tight course!

My guess is thats one of the New Zealand river ski race boats making a blast up or down the river there. I am always amazed how narrow those channels are at that speed and who the hell makes sure the rivers clear for that kind of blast!?? Like I have always said, when it comes to almost crazy boating , nobody's got anything on Kiwis and Aussies!!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

Hey now those are crazy amercian drivers running a southern Oregon river. It's in southern oregon the name of the town is Grant's Pass Oregon. The event is called Boatnik and the rivers are swept and closed until racing is over. We can't let all of the Kiwi's and Canuks, and Aussies have all the fun. The hull is a canadian built though.

Yeah Ravencrew is absolutely right - South Oregon river. It doesn't look fast enough to be an Aussie boat....

Talking Grants Pass RAH!

Very Cool! Glad to hear we got some more areas here in the US to run some performance runs like this! Also obviously glad to hear they sweep the river clean of others while these guys are blasting along. Yep, I always kind of figured we've got some performance boaters who love to get it on in a narrow river, just did'nt know where and how.
Thanks for the info!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

The event runs for three days. There are a variety of different style of race boats. You have the Jet Boats, Sprint Boats, and on the third day you have the Hydros. Get place to burn a long weekend.
