water pressure

How much water pressure should i have in a 1999/502 MPI. Salt water cooled motor,and where is the best place to install a pressure gauge.

Lot's of WP opinions...mine is 13-20 lbs. The intake manifold is a good and easy place to put the WP sending unit.
