I am getting quick and quiet plus 3 wire( black connector) from a fello member and was wondering what the difference was in three wire to 4 wire? I will need to get a switch so what type do I need? Does anyone have instructions for these or similiar? Opperational instructions would be great. Apparantly the max rpm is important. Nothing at the corsa site that I could find.

I think the black 3 wire is open with the switch in the off position and the 4 wire white connector is closed with the switch in the off position.
