Default prop advise

Im changing motors this winter. I was running a weak 454 at best 48 mph. Im going with a 468 hyd roller forged pistons dart heads B&M 250 blower single dom carb and headers. boat weight is aprox 4300. I really have know idea where to start with pitch etc.

I hope hydraulic steering is in the plans on this upgrade cause that boat will be a handful without it..
