looking for some help, trying to find some infor on 83 29 scarab like, weight ,what hp to run in low 80,what motors come stock in the boat. is the boat to old to make a race boat,are the trs drives worth anything, i have a set of bravos any help is great, thanks

with a older scarab they have some weight to them.. does it have twins or single motor..

the trs i think will have to go.. because you'll need 600-650 hp to get her to go 80..

the boat is set up for two motors, you heavy do you think it weights??

Next gen [ 90's] Scarabs with twins were the 28 XLT at 5800 lbs ,31 Viper at 7250 lbs, 31 Excel at 7300 lbs.

2000 and up , 29 Scarab at 5500 lbs single , 6300 with twins.
33 AVS ,8400 with twins.
