hi can I use a bravo x pinion gear and drive shaft on a normal bravo 3 ? the pinion gear I have is from a bravo x drive. it has a bigger yoke with 18 splines on it the one in the bravo is a lot smaller

Ricardo mann,
You can use the input shaft and pinion gear if they are both helical cut gears as I suspect they are. I am not sure what input shaft comes on the B1 X, but if what you have is the larger splined yoke and old style large ujoints (with grease fittings) then it is from an XZ drive.. and you can still use it.
Hope that helps.

Hi I have got a bravo 3 drive with OL casing . I want to change the ratio . I can get a set of gears new and very cheep from a bravo x part no 43-887909 A1 . the pinion gear on my original gears has a smaller shaft size with 15 splins .the pinion on the new set has 18 splins . what I want to know is . if I get a short yoke from a bravo x . can I remove my yoke with 15 splins and interchange it with one with 18 splins by splitting the shaft cross bearing and swapping the yoke? thanks ricky
