Default Battery charging in boat

Now that I have the boat stored for the winter (inside heated storage) both battery switches are in the OFF position. The boat has a built-in charger (not sure if that was standard), if I plug-in the shore power will both battery get charged with the switches in the OFF position?

It depends on how yours is wired, but yes almost all I've seen will charge the batterys with the switches off.
