We're coming down for the Miami boat show in Feb, and I wanted to spend at least an afternoon and maybe a little more looking at some properties in Miami (primarily condos). The idea is to get a state of the market and potentially pursue it further over time. Is there anyone on here that can help me out or point me in the direction of a competent (key word) real estate agent?
