torque specs on carbs

what if any would be the torgue specs on installing carbs on an intake

5/16 x 18 thd is 12 - 18 ft lbs from the chart .....make shure you dont have too many gaskets stacked up and check to see that the carb dosent rock or you will break the mtg ears off the carb
