Does any one know where i can find Race Results, Names of boats at each Race, Names of People in each boat, Driver of record, Numbers & Names of the boats themselves. from the early 90's, I went to APBA website, What a joke they dont even monition offshore and seems like all records stop around 2003/4. Is there a APBA Offshore archive's site? Someone must have kept these records?

As far as the Offshore records stopping in 2003. That's when the Offshore people broke away from APBA direct management and began a separate corporation with their own administration and offices. If you want independence, you can't have it both ways.

APBA has been there for over 100 years, keeping race results, world records and whatever. Now, as far as most Offshore racers are concerned, the history of boat racing began the minute each racer started his or her career....... and anything prior to that is irrelevant.
