Talking Hydra sports question!!!!HELP!!!!

I have a 2003 hydra sports 26 vector with twin yamaha 200 hpdi's.
on plane the boat falls on whatever side of the chine it wants almost if there is not enough bow lift. and the faster i go the less this problem hapens. higher speed gets boat on pad where it is suposed to b.. Genmar took boat and was suposed to widen motors but wile at factory mastercraft bought them out and told us to take boat back. all they tryed was props and so have i.. i also thought about puting counter rotating gear case on starboard side instead of port so both motors are turning to the enter. Will this help any body herd of doin this.

Thanks,
Steve

Steven!
Hey how are you? If you spin them inward it will actually increase the effect. When turning them outboard RH propeller on Starboard the torque dampens the chine walking. You can get more bow lift spinning inward bou not that much. Come by and check out the re rig

I had a older formuls that did the same thing,i always had to run the starboard tab down to correct it...
I put a counter rotating drive on the port side and it corrected the problem..Sounds like your going in the rite direction with the counter rotating gear install..I mave a huge differance on my formula..

We had a 2600 VX w/ 250's that exhibited similar chine walking. We changed the props and that solved it. I will look for the work orders and see if I can find what props we had on it and what they were changed to. I do recall we went from Yamaha props to Mercury props.

we went from4 blades to 3 blades 21p now. 4 blades promoted to much stern lift on boat. boat needs bow lift to get on proper planing pad.
